Last week in class we introduced "Math Bins" On Monday, the game "Roll & Record" was introduced. The students roll a die, and then trace the number that corresponds with the number of dots on the die. They continue until one number reaches the top of the graph. On Wednesday and Thursday, the students completed their morning jobs and then went to a math bin to practice their game on a wipe off sheet. On Friday, they completed the game on a regular piece of paper to take home!
We were able to practice identifying the number of dots on dice, number writing, as well as words like most, least, and equal!
